Delicious soft and fruity Spanish Pet-Nat rosado sparkling from Rioja. Nivarius are, almost uniquely in Rioja, known for their still white wines but from the cool-climate, north facing single vineyard of Paraje de Aventines they grow Garnacha and from it make this incredibly tasty and very easy-drinking pink fizz. Pet-Nat, or Méthode Ancestrale, is one of the oldest forms of sparkling wine where fermentation is finished off in the bottle resulting in a crisp and dry sparkling wine.
